I found that people working there were anxious to help. I prefer to work with the same person on an ongoing basis (Rose K.), so instead I waited my turn to see her. As always, it was worth the wait. Also, I appreciate the waiting room with the special coffee machine. It makes waiting for the repair much more pleasant. Thanks for that!

This is the second time I’ve had to get an oil change since buying my car there and both times I’ve worked with Rose. She is so kind and knowledgeable about everything and stays on top of things that my car was ready to go earlier than expected. I appreciated having a nice place to wait, watch tv and enjoyed the free beverages as well. The BEST thing was seeing my car sparkling clean when I left. I had planned to go to the self car wash right afterwards so this was such a wonderful surprise!
