Confirmed Service Customer
This was a follow up to a previous group of services that were required because of my vehicle passing the 100,000-mile portal. This latest service was to finalize the required services as well as the some additional requirements. I have been working with the Service Representative (Rose) for several years and was advised that she was out ill. Gilbert took over and handled everything in a professional manner.
