My visit involved warranty work resulting from prior work done by Paradise a few months ago. When I called to raise the warranty issue, the rep openly acknowledged that the work was covered under the warranty. She scheduled an appointment promptly. The warrant work was done promptly. And I was without the car for less than 24 hours. Kudos.
