My car was in your shop for 6 months waiting for an engine. When I picked it up it was shaking when it idled. Rose drove it around the block and it seemed better but I am concerned that no one test drove it before I picked it up. One of my low tire indicator is also not working anymore. This was not a problem 6 months ago, when I left it with you. It was mentioned when I picked it up but I am wondering why it was not fixed before I picked it up. I patiently waited for my car for 6 month. Good customer service would have made sure everything was working, and gone above and beyond to make things right nice I had to wait so long. The exterior of my car was washed but I would have rather had everything working- a car wash is something I can do on my own.
