Confirmed Service Customer
I dropped off my Tahoe for service. I pulled up to a lane and had to wait for a service manager. There were other service managers available, but nobody offered to help in any way. There were people standing around. After I spoke to the service manager, I had to carry my kids car seat and a couple of bags. Nobody offered shuttle service or to assist in any way. In fact, another customer got out of her car and offered to help me while staff was by standing. Lastly, nobody had called to tell me my vehicle was done. I dropped my vehicle off at 915am and requested to pick up at 1:00pm so that I could pick up my kids from school. I was only getting the 52k inspection with oil change and tire rotation. I had to call and request an update. I am hoping the maintenance was done correctly, but customer service was less than poor. Simple pleasantries go a long way. As it stands, I will probably take my service elsewhere even if it costs more.
