Confirmed Service Customer
Our truck is under warranty and we were told we would have to pay for diagnostic after having the truck there the previous month for same issue . We had an appointment for the 10th of August at 8 am, when I called in the late afternoon it hadn’t been looked at. When our advisor finally called we had to wait until the following to determine the issue which we all already knew what it wood be, but still had heard nothing by the end of the day on Friday, so I called again only to be told the part we needed had to be ordered and would be there on Tuesday. I asked Erika if we could pick it up and she said it would fall to the back of the line if we did which meant we would not of gotten the truck till Thursday or Friday SERIOUSLY! So we left it there 5 days. Erika called to tell us it was ready and when we got there no one could seem to locate her so we waited for 20 minutes or more finally went to cashier, went to our truck and DEF was spilled all over the side of our truck, really not to happy about that either. Erika apologized, it was taken to be washed off and she said she felt terrible and said we would get a free oil change and tire rotation. Well I can get a free tire rotation anywhere! When the truck came back to us they hadn’t even dried it off from rinsing the DEF off it! This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and truly I know of more than 3 other friends and family members who have had the same disappointing experience with your dealership. Your service department is seriously lacking descent customer service.😕
