Confirmed Service Customer
Need to work on customer service, on arrival and being thorough with customer. I always feel like have to ask 100 questions to get some answers and feel as though if I don't ask, I may be missing out on something. The Checking-in process needs to also improve. When I arrive, it appears as though the service employees assume we know what to do, but many of us don't know what to do when we arrive. You have no one on directing customers on arrival, which is confusing so when we ask questions about our appointment, we are bounced to another service employee as though we know. p.s.. When you make an appointment online and you indicate your service advisor, it never matches when I arrive and see someone else. Confusing.
