The lady I spoke to on the phone was not friendly, I paid extra for the maintenance package and she flat out told me that my first oil change is complimentary and I told her I bought the maintenance package she wouldn't let me finish my sentence, I had to tell her let me talk but she kept talking I had to ask her 3x before she can let me talk, she just transferred me to the supervisor I can tell she was already frustrated with me, I spoke to the supervisor Octavio just for him to tell me yes you do have the maintenance package, which I was trying to tell the lady in the first place, then I called back by 2:30pm, my appt was 10am, my car still wasn't ready finally I got a call back 3:00 that my car is ready just for me to get to service desk saying that I had to wait another hour my car was not ready I had to get back to pick up my kids from school which I was late for because I had to fight traffic, my overall experience was not good I've been coming there for years I understand that your busy but this by far not the way customers are to be treated. But on a good note shuttle service was very friendly.

I made an appointment and my service writer was prompt, I got a shuttle ride in a timely manner. My vehicle was ready when promised.
