The oil change service work was fine, but I was told that it was a slow morning and it should only take an hour so I waited in the lobby. Two hours later I asked the service advisor about the status and they forgot to tell me that it was done. They did offer me a discount on service though, so I’m grateful that they acknowledged the issue.
