Confirmed Service Customer
I wasnt able to talk with my assigned service advisor after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time. Finally requested help from someone else because I to leave. Was promised a car wash with my service which was not done despite me leaving my car overnight with plenty of working time. They also did not reset my oil life so my car is still constantly telling me I need a change. Small things but still frustrating when you are paying $100+ for an oil change.
