First off Carlos was great. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. When I picked it up the tires clearly were not rotated. My invoice did indicate that they were. It’s very frustrating to bring your vehicle in for a service, being told the service was completed and it clearly wasn’t. This isn’t my first bad experience with this service department either.

I had a 1:00 appt.for an oil change. I did not get out untill 4:00. It seems they know how to make the appt. but don't know how to keep it. An oil change should take 45 min. to maybe an hour.

Brought my new 2023 Silverado LTZ Z71 4X4 in for a technology issue. Software upgrades were installed. Upon the truck being ready, I received a call from Rose Kerwien-Siela that the driver's door was damaged while in your dealership's custody. UNSATISFACTORY!! Rose did tell me the dealership would pay to repair the damage, now I lose my truck for at least 3 days for unexpected repairs. I wanted to thank Rose for telling me upfront and offering to fix the truck, she was great!!

I brought my 2023 Silverado 2500HD in for squeeking and clunking noises that occurred when driving at slow speeds over uneven terrain. Seems these newer models sometimes have issues with the rear leaf springs and U-bolt torque settings. Anyhow, the parts were on backorder for about a month but as soon as they came in, Rose gave me a call and set up a quick date to bring the truck in for the service. I brought it in during the afternoon and got a call from Rose early the next morning telling me that it was all finished! That was super fast. Best of all...NO MORE STRANGE NOISES! Thank you Rose for your great attitude and helpfulness and thank you Paradise for your excellent service.

They are always so nice there. I had rose help me and she took care of me and was so kind and went above and beyond on helping take care of my car. She was also training somebody and he was so funny and really made me feel right at home..they were both awesome!!! They even washed my car and it made me cry!!! Its the little things like that, that make all the difference.

I'm almost positive they didn't rotate my tires even though it was on the receipt. There was a paint mark from a curb on my rear driver's side tire that still in the same position.
