Went to the dealer at 5:45 pm and was there until 10:30pm while your salesman negotiated with your sales manager(this was not even to finalize paperwork). Then the car arrived with a significantly more amount of mileage than agreed upon and the floor mats were missing. I have been told they are being ordered but have not heard any ETA on them. I’m happy with the vehicle it’s self but definitely left unsure of if I will ever hear about the floor mats (that I didn’t even want on the car but they said were already there and included so I couldn’t remove them from the price).
