Was a great experience but I really only dealt w/ my salesperson, Loann Thomas. Loann first contacted me back in Sept. 2022 after I had inquired about another vehicle. When she learned I was looking for a very specific 2023 Camaro that was not on anyone's lot, she stepped up and helped order it for me. It took over 7 months for it to be built and arrive but she kept me informed each step of the process. I had spoken to over a dozen other dealers and no one wanted to order it for me. She went above and beyond. A great experience thanks to Loann!!

Rose great 👍🏻 way under staffed. ⚠️ no space ⚠️ alignment needed after it took one week + $2400 for thermostat replacement + mechanics and/or service management suspicious of using computer warnings ⚠️ to boost dealership $ + insurance arrangement with local Oxnard CA CarMax?

I was charged for more labor hours than my car was even there. 2 hours of labor charges to do an oil change and fuel filter change is highway robbery. Can't wait for my warranty to be up so I can service elsewhere

We had our 2004 Chevy Tahoe in for service. They had to replace the catalytic converter. Rose did an excellent job of communicating the time frame and the costs. Even though the cost of repairs were high, we are still happy that we got it done right. We bought are Tahoe new at Paradise Chevy Ventura and have been longtime customers.

Worst experience ever, will never go back, went for oil change, “mechanic” broke my right side mirror and didn’t notify me, added charges to my bill, until I questioned service writer who apologized, corrected bill and promises to replace mirror at no charge, truck wasn’t given a courtesy wash and excuse given, was, that car washers didn’t show up to work, totally unacceptable, this dealership is going down and GM must be aware , I will file complaint with GM directly. At time of picking up my truck, no one knew why paperwork wasn’t available after been dropped off 24 hrs before for the oil change , it took me over one hour to get hold of service writer Carlos and fix mess that mechanic and cashier had, once my mirror is fixed, I will never go back to paradise Chevy in Ventura Ca , so very disappointed and hope this survey reaches upper management, as someone needs to address this problems or else, will lose business and eventually close down. Was told to wait one week to get mirror in, and be contacted to bring vehicle and get replaced. I want to give zero stars based on my experience.

I have always used Paradise Chevrolet Service ever since I bought my 2011 Cruze there a number of years ago. They have always been professional and have kept me up to date on my service requirements. I always wait for the vehicle and they provide a comfortable warm inviting waiting area for their customers. I know that I get service that is best for my vehicle and never worry. I also get a free car wash each time that I bring my car to them.

Service was great as always. Only thing I would strongly recommend is offer Uber credits to clients who are spending lots of money on their vehicles. It is very common and is a nice touch of appreciation. I do like the personal shuttle service and drivers are super nice.
