Brought my new 2023 Silverado LTZ Z71 4X4 in for a technology issue. Software upgrades were installed. Upon the truck being ready, I received a call from Rose Kerwien-Siela that the driver's door was damaged while in your dealership's custody. UNSATISFACTORY!! Rose did tell me the dealership would pay to repair the damage, now I lose my truck for at least 3 days for unexpected repairs. I wanted to thank Rose for telling me upfront and offering to fix the truck, she was great!!
