Confirmed Service Customer
My 0730 scheduled oil change took 3 hours. I was told that it was going to take 2 hours because of staff shortages. Was ok with it things happen. Was not checked out until 1030, no sorry for the inconvenience just called to the window to pay and told where my truck was parked. I have been taking my truck there since I bought it in 2010 why should I give you my loyalty if treated this way. Feel free to call me.

I made an appointment at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:59 Am, I was told things were busy, an hour to an hour and half tops. Took the shuttle to a job site and returned on my own an hour later. Over two hours later I drove off in my truck. And the appointment was for an Oil change. So I am very dissappointed,

I dropped off my vehicle for it's 30K+ mileage service and, as usual, I did wait for my vehicle. The advisor told me that it would be approx. 2.5 hours and for the completion of my service. The service was just a bit over the approx. time so I was very pleased to have the remaining day to run my errands. The advisor was very clear on what was included in the service. I have always been treated very well when I visit the service department, that is why I return, even after my vehicle is out of waranty.
