Not sure why they inflated my ties to much more than what the plaque on the door indicates. Plaque for my 2017 c7 coupe states the tires should have 30 psi. Tires all had 37 psi when I picked up my car

They didn’t fix the transmission issue in my new used 2021 GMC truck. Brought the truck, and 3 days later check engine comes on a truck transmission starts violently jerking the truck, went to Paradise Service Dept. for over 30-days. I get it back and less than 2-weeks later the problem comes back. It’s back in the Paradise Service Dept. and I’m now driving a crappy Chevy Equinox rental car from Hertz. My new/used truck has spent way more time back at Paradise dealership than with me. I wish I never bought a truck here.

My wife & I went into Chevrolet discouraged from having a bad experience at another dealership when we went into Chevrolet we went not expecting to get a car jus to ask questions but when Humberto helped us it changed our minds… n Humberto helped us find the perfect car for our family of 6 we looked n looked till we found a car that fits 7 enough for our oldest to bring a friend on car roads trip then our credit was an issue so we found and older model (well not too old 2023) we played with numbers and we were happy extremely happy then the car wasn’t in our area so he went out of his way to bring it from LA to Ox then he found us a color car we never had before so it was out of our comfort zone but that’s what we want this year to be taken out of our comfort zone. He also made sure to reassure us that if we needed anything he is there at the dealership to assist us. we had to go back a couple days later cause our screen was stuck in Demo mood n who was there to help us HUMBERTO & Daniel Again they fixed the problem and we drove off satisfied. So I am grateful Humberto persistence to make his customers happy :) thank you Chevrolet for having associates like Humberto that is willing to go above and beyond to make his customer satisfied
