Took my 2022 Silverado that I purchased from Paradise Chevrolet to Service Rep Carlos and he provided excellent customer service to explain warranty coverage, to investigate an oil leak and figure out what to do to correct additional problems. He had the engine control module updated to eliminate a check engine light that would randomly illuminate and make me wonder what's wrong. Carlos made sure all the services performed were covered by warranty. Plus gave the truck a courtesy wash.

The positives were it was easy to make an appointment online and to check in when I arrived. I told the advisor, Erica, that I had a slow leak in one of the tires that was going to be rotated, and if they could check it out. The tires rotated and no one talk to me about my tire. No one talk to me about anything regarding the oil change fluid levels or condition of my car. The speaker called me in to pay and I did and I left. This is typical of what I experience most times. The service is perfunctory and efficient, but there is nothing that would make me come back for other services. There is competition for repairs and service and paradise does not compare to what is available. I only take it to Paradise for oil change and tire rotation because it is convenient for me.

my pick up was serviced and done and finished by the promised time. The requested service was to flush and change the automatic trans fluid. My question is: why did they reset the engine oil change indicator? I depend on that to know when to bring it back in and have the oil and filter changed.
