Very quick service & got my car back in record time. I felt that the morning check-in could go better. Why have a service receptionist if she just tells you to wait in the service drive? Saw a few people doing this.

I had an appointment at 7:15am with Rose Kerwien-Siela. Rose is always on top of her game and gives 110% to her customers and fair to all. On this day I spent $230 for overall general service of my 2004 Corvette with only 78000 miles. However Rose pointed out that I needed new front and back brakes. As I said before Rose is a fair person...I scheduled for June 27th an appointment to do said needed work of $2500 to my Corvette. Rose does an outstanding job!

The espresso machine was a great idea. Free Wi-Fi is nice and cost of my service was reasonable. Shuttle rides were easy to use and get and the people driving them were nice too.

Octavio that did the service for my car was great, I have nothing to say there but when I went to pick up the car I got to the cashiers office and no one bothered looking up. There was an older woman and a young man at the desk. I told them I was there to pick up my car and the young man looked at me and said “I’m not a cashier”. Only to have the woman follow up with “I’m not either but I’ll help you”. The young man’s attitude was what really threw me off. He could or easily told me someone would help me soon but that wasn’t the case.

My vehicle was brought into Paradise Chevrolet on December 26, 2022. After a few weeks it was determined that a new engine was needed and the engine was still under warranty. Due to supply issues, Paradise was not able to get the engine until a few weeks ago. That is not the issue, I understand the supply issue and Rose, my service professional was awesome, she kept me well informed and I could not have asked for better service. The reason for the low score, is the condition my car was in when I picked it up. Rose told me it had been washed, but I asked for it to be washed again. It was a very poor wash job, in fact it was so bad, the cob webs on the back bumper did not even come off. When I got into my vehicle the dust on the seats, dash ( I could write my name on it) and the vents was horrible. I even had cob webs inside my vehicle. When I saw this and I had already once requested my car to be washed again and this was the level of car wash that was done, I left with total disgust. I called my car wash person and had him clean the car inside and out the next day, and had to pay him $150 because the car was so filthy inside. He and I both think the windows must have been cracked to let that much dust in, along with spiders. My vehicle was with you for almost 6 months, I would have expected better service. Very disappointing.
