I needed to bring my car in to try and find a ring that slipped under the AC vent. My appointment was at 9am but I dropped off earlier that morning at 7:30. My advisor Eduardo Haro-Casta wasn't in so I filled out the drop off form. He called me at 8am relaying that they would start on it around 10am. I was working till 8pm that night and didn't have a chance to call. I received no word of if they had found it or not and was not informed that they would be keeping my car overnight. The next day my husband went to the dealership saw the car, felt around for a minute and found my ring asking them to have the car ready by the afternoon. He left both me and my husband very unprofesional voicemails saying it will be an additional cost of about $420 total. We went to pick up the car and there was an additional charge of $210 to the original estimate saying that I approved it but he never verbally got my aproval for this. I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication I received from the technicians and will think twice before bringing my car in again.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE WRITERS COMMUNICATION WITH ME ON THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. AT ONE POINT I MADE 6 PHONE CALLS (LEFT MESSAGES) WITH NO RETURN CALL. ON THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK MY CORVETTE UP FROM SERVICE I WAS TOLD TO BE AT THE DEALERSHIP @ 3:45 ON A SATURDAY (THEY CLOSE @4PM) I ARRIVED AT 3:35PM AND HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 5:50 BEFORE MY VETTE WAS ACTUALLY READY. I APPRECIATHE THE FACT THAT THE TECH STAYED TO FINISH THE JOB ON A SATURDAY (I'M SURE HE WOULD HAVE RATHER BEEN SOMEWHERE ELSE)JURT THE COMMUNICATION SUCKS.

Took my truck in for routine maintenance. Got my truck back and the transmission was messed up. the transmission ended up not getting filled up all the way, which caused internal failure. They took care of the issue immediately by replacing the transmission and gave me a rental car. Thank you for being accountable and the great service!

I came in unexpectedly with an emergency just before I needed to take a long-distance trip in my vehicle. The timing worked out so that, while I did need to rent a vehicle to take my trip, everything about the repair happened in a timely manner and my service advisor did what she could to minimize the inconvenience and expense.

The service was completed in a good manner. My complaint is about getting the service department to answer the phone. I was very frustrating trying to get through to find out if the work was done so I could pick up my truck. Also previously it was always washed after being serviced. After spending $1090 it wasn't washed.

I was asked two times if I wanted my car wash and I said yes both times. I even reminded the tech when he called to let me know it was almost done. I allowed a couple more hours and asked that it be washed. It was never washed.
