2023 Colorado sold as new however, after multiple returns to the dealership, I discover the 385 miles on my NEW truck showed west and tear on the tires that resemble a test drive on rough, hard surfaces with a discovered DIY tire patch on the right rear tire. Undercarriage showed significant dirt and grim not displayed on other new trucks for sale. The Service history indicated serving at 4 and 5 miles. Yet the story given to explain the mileage was due to having been driven from port. I have sent a few emails to sales manager J. Thomas with pics and videos to support my findings after buying the new truck. I am awaiting a fair decision from Mr. Thomas regarding my requests 😃. It was OK. Really disorganized when I first arrived. I had no idea who my service advisor was. One of the other advisors told me but the guy I needed was nowhere to be found. Eventually I talked a different advisor into checking me in so I could leave. When the service was done no one called. I waited until the next day and called to ask. As usual my advisor wasn't available. After a few hours he called back and told me it was done the previous day but they had the wrong phone number even though I gave my number to 3 different people. When I returned it was the same problem. Service advisor nowhere to be found. Eventually someone told me that I could go directly to the cashier. Would have been nice to know that before. All of the staff were very friendly but lacking on their ability to explain how to get the work done.

Worst experience when it was time for the financing. Sales agent was great but finance department was horrible. Did not have answers for any of our questions, nor did they know how to explain anything.

Grease and oil marks left all over the driver door handle and around the front of the truck. I Have an interior panel that keeps coming up due to the manufacturer adhesive failing and they were “too busy to fix it” according to Rose. And not to mention she over charged me on my oil change. Great service at paradise…. I had to call and check on my truck because no one called me for any update even after the truck being there for 8 hours for an oil change..

Need to work on customer service, on arrival and being thorough with customer. I always feel like have to ask 100 questions to get some answers and feel as though if I don't ask, I may be missing out on something. The Checking-in process needs to also improve. When I arrive, it appears as though the service employees assume we know what to do, but many of us don't know what to do when we arrive. You have no one on directing customers on arrival, which is confusing so when we ask questions about our appointment, we are bounced to another service employee as though we know. p.s.. When you make an appointment online and you indicate your service advisor, it never matches when I arrive and see someone else. Confusing.

Our vehicle was at the Shop for far too long for diagnosing, which was never actually figured out. Communication was poor. We were told gas was going to be added on July 12 to drive veh. That never happened and we did not know that until we ended up picking up our veh.
